This is a simple but awesome post for me to refer anytime. Copywriting is Design as my favorite company 37Signals have always stood for. And Joshua puts it clearly with nice examples and what to write when. This is good and a great reference.

In a recent project, I included microcopy into the design and the stakeholders said “Thats not part of the requirement and we don’t know who is going to give that”. I said “Hey, I am giving it with little help from you” But I lost the game. :(

I should print such small principles and post it all across my office to turn the boring space into an interesting place to work and also notify people
