Info Arch - 3rd Level menu
I have been working on this project where we encountered this interesting problem of 3rd level menu items. Problem: Users need a way to navigate to any page in the website at any level. And when they navigate they need to know where they are and how to get back to any other level.

Good to know that they are giving away their 93 page research report for free :)
Key takeaways:
1. iPad is cutesy, but not user friendly.
2. Brings in age old usability problems of discoverability and perceived affordance - where can I Click?
3. Users cannot transfer their learning to all applications...
